“The Gadfly” is a watercolor depiction of the wood boat, The Gadfly that Lisa saw going through the Canadian cut at Tois Isle several years ago. She had the photo for several years and finally decided to paint it. She had always wanted to do this piece but wanted to make sure that she could do justice to the beauty of this antique woody. She is owned by the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY and is used to give tourists and locals rides throughout the boating season. She is a local favorite!
