Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Product orders will be processed within 3-4 business days. (Special order pieces may add 7 business days to complete in order for our printer to create your new product.)

Domestic and International shipping options: This shop ships currently to the United State and Canada. Standard delivery times through the USPS are ranging from 3-5 business days. In some cases, based on location, this may be approximately 5-7 business days for more remote locations.

Shipping Costs (USD):

  • For smaller items, such as note cards and card sets, rates begin at $4 for standard deiivery.
  • Prints range from $10-$28. This range is based on Shipping speed.
  • Large, framed works can range from $100-$150, dependent on the weight of the item and shipping speed.* 
  • For wood panel acrylics, costs range from $30-$50, dependent upon chosen shipping speeds.
  • Large framed canvas acrylics range from $100-$175.*
  • Unframed acrylic on canvas pieces range from $20-$40, again dependent upon delivery speed chosen.*
  • Medium sized framed watercolors with a frame size of 16×20″ range from $25-$50, dependent on delivery speed chosen.*
  • Our shop also offers a pick-up option. There are items that already have that within the title and should be chosen for easier checkout. You can also choose this option (“Pickup”) within the drop down section for “Delivery.”

*If your package costs less to ship for framed items, you will be refunded the difference once shipped. (This part of the policy applies to all shipping of framed, heavy pieces.) Our shop’s intention is to be fair, honest and fully transparent on actual costs for shipping to you.

Shipping Timeline Details: Products will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless it is a special order, although store strives to get your package out to you within 1-3 business days whenever possible. (It’s important to us you get your order ASAP!) Special orders, such as ones needing time for printing (coasters, tiles or pieces that do not currently have a “Limited Edition Print” option currently), may take a week to have our printer create. For such items, there will be clear communication and continual updates as they are received sent to the customer, so that they are fully aware of timelines throughout the processing and shipping portion of their order.

We will always add insurance for your item that is equal to the value of the product/piece to ensure full coverage of said item. Customer will receive tracking information for their own ability to track their purchase.

Fragile items will be packed with care on our end so that your product arrives in good condition. We cannot be responsible for the shipping company’s actions that may cause damage but will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

For commissions, a 50% deposit will be required at the start of accepting terms and customer go-ahead on proposed piece(s). Timelines will be fully expressed to customer and customer will sign off on those conditions. During the creative process of aforementioned commissions, customer will receive weekly updates and at the halfway mark, will need to pay the final 50% of the cost of the work. No exceptions or refunds of any kind.
